Do Truwear Missionary items run true to size?
You bet! Most of our items run true to size, and you can find our handy size charts on each product page. Still not sure? Feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Will my products shrink?
Nope! Our performance fabrics are mostly synthetic, so they’re designed not to shrink. Just follow the care instructions, and your clothes will stay looking great for the long haul.
Are the products stain-repellent?
Yes, they are! Our clothes are treated with stain-repellent technology, so they handle water-based spills with ease. Just keep in mind, they’re not totally stain-proof (especially against oils), so we always recommend giving any spills some quick attention.
How do I care for my Truwear Missionary clothing?
Easy! Just toss your clothes in the wash with cold water. Hang them up to dry if you can (or tumble dry on low). If needed, iron on the lowest setting, and you're good to go. No need for dry cleaning—saving time and money!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long does shipping take?
We move fast! Most orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on where you are. Need it sooner? We’ve got expedited options available at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yep! We’ve got expedited shipping options available at checkout. Orders placed before 12:30 PM MT on business days usually ship the same day. We’ve got you covered when you’re in a rush!
What is the return policy?
We make returns and exchanges easy. If you’re in the U.S., exchanges are free within 30 days, as long as the items are unworn with the tags still attached. For returns, we’ll deduct a $5 return shipping fee from your refund, but don’t worry—we’ll make the process simple!
How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, email us at help@truwear.com ASAP. While we can’t always guarantee updates once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to help!
