What is Truwear? 

Stress-free, performance-built, and style-forward clothing designed for the everyday man. We’re here to make you look sharp, feel comfortable, and move easily from the boardroom to the backyard. 

Why should I wear Truwear? 

Why wouldn’t you? Moisture-wicking, stain-repellent, wrinkle-resistant, machine-washable, and packed with 3D stretch and breathability—Truwear was built to work as hard as you do, without sacrificing comfort or style. 

How did Truwear start? 

Dress clothes used to be stiff, uncomfortable, and inconvenient. Our founder thought that needed to change. Inspired by the comfort of performance fabrics and the needs of working professionals, Truwear was born to blend high-tech function with modern fit. The result? The best dress clothing you'll ever wear.  

What if I don’t like my Truwear or need a new size? 

We get it—style and fit are personal. If it doesn’t work out, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy. We want you to love what you wear, and we’ll help you get there. 

SHIPPING + RETURNS 

What is your return and exchange policy? 

Truwear offers returns and exchanges for items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unworn, in restockable condition, and has all tags attached. A flat fee of $5.00 covers return shipping. Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. 

How do I start a return or exchange? 

Easy! Just head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number, and we’ll take it from there. 

What if I need a different size? 

No problem. Exchanges are simple—just follow the same Returns & Exchanges Portal and we’ll help you swap for the right fit. 

What are your shipping options? 

We use USPS for all standard orders. If you order before 2PM MST on a business day, your order will usually ship the same day and arrive in 2–5 business days. 

Can I expedite my order? 

At checkout, you’ll see various expedited shipping options if you need your order faster. Orders placed before 12:30PM MST on business days will ship the same day. 

What if I want to cancel or change my order? 

Email us right away at support@truwear.com. We fulfill orders fast, but we’ll do our best to catch and adjust your order if possible. 

How fast will my exchange arrive? 

As soon as your return label is scanned, we’ll start processing your exchange. It typically ships out within 1–2 business days. 

When can I expect my refund? 

Once we process your return, refunds usually appear in 3–7 business days. We’ll email you a confirmation as soon as it’s issued. 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS 

Does Truwear run true to size? 

Most of our items run true to size and are available in Slim and Athletic fits. To make sizing easier, check out our detailed size charts and the How to Measure page. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll help! 

Will my Truwear items shrink? 

Nope. Our high-performance synthetic fabrics don’t shrink, even after machine washing. 

Are Truwear products really stain-repellent? 

They are! Water-based liquids will bead up and roll off thanks to our stain-repellent tech. Just note, this doesn’t mean they’re stain-proof—especially against oils. For best results, rinse any spills with water quickly. 

Are Truwear products machine-washable? 

Absolutely. Toss them in the washing machine with cold water. You can hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. They’ll come out looking great, wrinkle-free, and ready to go.

How do I take care of my Truwear items?
